Michelle works in the area of Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery at Mossensons, having joined the firm in 2017. Prior to being admitted as a Solicitor, she worked as a Senior Accountant.

She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2016. She has completed a Master of Laws (Applied Law) – Commercial Litigation, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Commercial Law), and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Michelle is dedicated to ensuring that her clients understand the litigation process and the options available during each stage of their matter.

She is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia (FTI) and a member of the Law Society of Western Australia.

Michelle has a passion for professional development, reflected in her being a winner of the Law Society of WA Plain English Drafting Competition 2011 for law students; and the Edith Cowan University law student, Lexis Nexis Prize for Legal Research Paper in 2016. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Laws (Applied Law) – Dispute Resolution with the College of Law.
